These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any holiday package, flight, hotel, visa, cab, cruise or other travel service booked through Wonder Dream Holidays ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making an enquiry or booking.

1. About Us

Wonder Dream Holidays is a travel agency based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, acting as an intermediary that arranges and books travel-related services on your behalf with airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa-processing agencies, cab operators, cruise lines and other third-party suppliers.

2. Enquiries & Bookings

• Submitting an enquiry through our website, phone, WhatsApp or email does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and the applicable payment has been received.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (names as per passport/ID, contact details, travel dates, number of travellers, etc.) at the time of booking. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
• Itineraries, prices and availability shared during planning are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, taxes, or changes by airlines/hotels/suppliers until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking, as communicated at the time of quotation. Any applicable government taxes, GST, or convenience fees are additional unless explicitly stated as included.
• Payments are processed through the mode communicated to you (bank transfer, payment link, or other agreed method). We recommend only making payments through channels we officially provide.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund terms vary by airline, hotel, tour operator and package, and will be shared with you at the time of booking. These third-party cancellation policies apply in addition to our own service charges.
• Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier cancellation charges, bank/payment gateway charges and our service fee, within a reasonable timeframe.
• No refund is guaranteed for "no-shows", visa refusals, missed flights, or cancellations made after supplier-imposed deadlines.

5. Travel Documents, Visas & Insurance

• You are solely responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for your trip. We can assist with visa processing, but approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy/consulate, and we are not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or any resulting loss.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. We are not liable for medical expenses, trip cancellation costs, lost baggage, or other losses that travel insurance is intended to cover.

6. Our Role & Limitation of Liability

• We act only as a booking agent/intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, tour operators and other third-party suppliers. The actual services (flights, accommodation, transport, excursions, etc.) are provided by these third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
• We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations, overbooking, hotel downgrades, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, acts of government, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the service fee paid to us for arranging the booking, and does not extend to indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to comply with the health, safety, conduct and check-in requirements of airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and to arrive on time for all bookings.
• You agree to use this website only for genuine personal enquiries and not to submit false, misleading or malicious information through our contact form.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to Wonder Dream Holidays or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
